Idexcel Methodology

It's our constant and relentless endeavor, to deliver best in class solutions and services to our customers each time, every time. Our quality framework is called Idexcel QPM [Quality & Process Methodology], and is built on the following simple principles:

Enable "Value Creation" for our customers via, "Better Faster Cheaper" outcomes
Draw in best practices from industry standard process frameworks & practices (e.g. Rational Unified Process, Agile, ITIL, CMM, Lean disciples)
Quality is "Fit for Purpose"; So keep the processes Lean, but effective
As a practitioner of business solutions & IT services for 10+ years; we have incorporated the best practices, lessons learnt across engagements into our Quality & Process Methodology
In consultation with our customers, we decide on the apt methodology for our engagements

Idexcel Methodologies & Assets		*Applicability for our customers*
Idexcel ADM (Accelerated Development Methodology)		Our application development methodology for developing new applications, and "Change the business" type of programs

Idexcel TMO (Transition, Maintain, Optimize) Methodology		Our application maintenance methodology for de-risked Transitioning of one/more applications so we can maintain & optimize the same. This maps to our customer's "Run the business" type of initiatives

Idexcel SAF (Solution Accelerator Framework)		Having worked across multiple technologies, numerous mission critical programs, we have developed solution accelerations which could be components, frameworks that can be leveraged to enable "Better Faster Cheaper" outcomes for our customers.

Idexcel RMM (Re-Engineering & Migration Methodology)		Re-engineering legacy applications and migrating them onto new architectures, new technology platforms require a different skill set and different execution methodology. We have custom created with methodology based on our experiences.

Idexcel PIM (Package Implementation Methodology)		Implementing Products/Packages (e.g. implementing an ERP package, billing product, portal rollouts etc) calls for specialized handling. Our learning's, best practices in this area, we have crystallized into our PIM.

EWS OPDM (Outsourced Product Development Methodology)		Our methodology to support specifically the IT product development companies who want to outsource parts of their product development lifecycle, and target "better faster cheaper" outcomes.
